I'm Ashley, a history lover (so much so that I have a degree in history!) with a need for travel. I'm incredibly lucky to live in one of the most historic areas of the US. Most of my free time is spent exploring old towns, staying in historic hotels, and learning as much as I can about the culture around me. This blog is a personal journal of my wanders, sharing what I learn in hopes of inspiring others to go out and explore too!
History seems to be a love it or leave it kind of subject, and I hope I can show the world how amazing the love it side can be!
